Find Out Your Android Phone’s Processor (Works for Samsung too!)

1. USING THE SETTINGS APP ON YOUR ANDROID DEVICE :

Step 1: Access the Settings application and select the “About phone” option.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on ‘Detailed info and specs’.

Step 3: Check the processor details under the CPU section once device specs are visible.

2. USING THE MODEL NUMBER OF YOUR SAMSUNG PHONE


Step 1: Launch the Settings app on your Samsung device. Scroll through the options and tap on “About phone.”

Step 2: Within this section, verify and make a note of your device’s Model name, typically starting with “SM.”

Tip: If your device’s name appears here, you can utilize it to directly access the device details on Samsung’s website.

Step 3: Next, access Samsung’s website via any web browser and select the Search icon.

Step 4: Enter your device’s model number and press enter.

Step 5: Now, check the search results for that mode number.

Step 6: If the previous step doesn’t resolve the issue or if you have uncertainties, open Google using any web browser.

Step 7: Input the model number into the search bar.

3- CONSULTING MANUFACTURER/OTHER WEBSITES:

While Android devices typically provide basic device details like the processor name, for more comprehensive specifications, it’s advisable to visit the manufacturer’s website. Alternatively, you can explore third-party tech websites for detailed information regarding your Android device’s processor. Before proceeding, ensure you have the device’s make and model details readily available.
