How to Disable Ads in the Windows 11 Start Menu

Although Windows 11 offers many enhancements over its predecessors, Microsoft has also added more intrusive integrations and adverts. Microsoft is now experimenting the placement of ads straight into the Start Menu.
Microsoft has included suggestions for programs from the Microsoft Store to the Start Menu with Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.3495 (KB5037000), which was just made available to Insider testers in the Beta Channel. The suggested apps may be found beneath the app grid and system search box in the “Recommended” area of the main Start Menu page.

To turn off suggested apps, go to Personalization > Start > Settings > “Show recommendations for tips, app promotions, and more.”
This increases the number of settings and toggles you already need to disable in order to run Windows 11 in a clean manner.
